8:30 - 8:50 AM Art/Creative fine motor project. Clean up.

8:50 - 9:15 AM Gather on rug for circle time includes: calendar, letters, numbers, story time, weather etc.

9:15 - 9:30 AM Curriculum activity/worksheet (Handwriting, math, nature/science)

9:30 - 9:45 AM Group stations - Centers (fine motor, art, block area, housekeeping/dramatic play, nature/science, math, sensory table, cozy area, and writing center (with markers, crayons, and paper)

9:45 - 10:00 AM Art/Creative fine motor project.

10:00 - 10:15 AM Wash hands

11:15 - 11:45 AM Morning meeting (Prayer, sight words, open discussion)

11:45 - 12:30 PM Wash hands, prepare for and eat lunch. Teacher gets cots ready. (Children should assist)

12:30 - 2:30 PM Bathroom break, then Rest Time. Teacher cleans up, then works on projects for the room, curriculum, or sits with awake children. Children who do not sleep can have a quiet activity. Put cots away and sanitize.

2:30 - 2:45 PM Clean up, prepare for, and eat PM snack *

2:45 - 3:00 PM Dance Party (music/movement)

3:00 - 4:00 PM Outdoor or inside play/gross motor.

Combine Preschool/Pre-K.

4:00 - 4:30 PM Fine motor, block area, home-living/dramatic play. Clean up

4:30 - 5:00 PM Writing center (with markers, crayons, and paper)

5:00 - 5:10 PM Combine with other classrooms as children are departing for home. Clean up, prepare for and eat 5 o’clock snack.

5:10 - 5:30 PM Free choice of centers (fine motor, art, block area, housekeeping/dramatic play, nature/science, math, sensory table, cozy area, and writing center (with markers, crayons, and paper)
Clean up and go home.

9:00 - 9:30 AM Nature/science, math, or sensory activity.
Clean up.

9:30 - 10:00 AM Outdoor or inside play/Gross motor

10:00 - 10:15 AM Morning Snack Time

10:15 - 10:30 AM Free choice of centers. Teacher does Diaper changes & Hand Washing.

3:20 - 4:20 PM Free choice of centers (fine motor, art, block area, home-living/dramatic play, nature/science, math, sensory table, cozy area, and writing center (with markers, crayons, and paper), Diaper checks. Clean up.

4:20 - 4:30 PM Combine Waddlers/Younger Toddler’s into Older Toddler Room. Reading.

4:30 - 5:00 PM Indoor or Outdoor gross motor play (depending on weather, darkness, and older class schedule)

5:00 - 5:10 PM Combine with other classrooms as children are departing for the day.
Clean up, prepare for, and eat 5 o’ clock snack.

5:10 - 5:30 PM Free choice of centers (fine motor, art, block area, home-living/dramatic play, nature/science, math, sensory table, cozy area, and writing center (with markers, crayons, and paper)
Diaper checks. Clean up and go home.

Daily Classroom Schedule:

6:30-7:20am Arrival of children, classroom free play

7:20-8am Breakfast in the foyer

8-9am Classroom free play, children still arriving

9-10am Outdoor time, Exercise/movement

10-10:20am AM snack

10:20-10:30am Reading independently

10:30- 11am Board meeting, the class engages in stories, bible verses, and riddles.

11-12pm Craft time and educational activities such as math worksheets and reading or writing worksheets.

12-12:30pm Lunch in the foyer

12:30-2pm Outdoor time, Exercise/movement

2pm- 2:30pm Science activities

2:30-3pm PM snack

3-4:30pm Classroom free play

4:30-5:30pm Outdoor time, during this time children are being picked up for the day.

During classroom free play children have a wide selection of developmentally appropriate activities to choose from, some examples include; a large variety of board games, Lego table, building blocks, cars/trucks, Magna tiles, dramatic play centers, kinetic sand/playdough bins, card games and open access to the art center.
